Mercury currently comes in two flavours - a single licence priced at £399 and an unlimited licence priced at £3,499.

Single licence

The single licence allows for the creation of no more than one eLearning module per licensee organisation. This means that an organisation may develop one eLearning resource for themselves or have one resource developed for them by a 3rd party provider. A licensee who is an eLearning provider may develop a single resource for a single client.

Unlimited licence

The unlimited licence has no usage restrictions and allows for the creation of an unlimited number of eLearning modules per licensee organisation. This means that an organisation may develop an unlimited number of eLearning resources for themselves or have an unlimited number of resources developed for them by a 3rd party provider. A licensee who is an eLearning provider may develop an unlimited number of resources for an unlimited number of clients.

After-sales support

Both licences include free software updates and enhancements as they are made available for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase, but subsequent updates and enhancements are available only through the optional support subscription at an annual cost of £39 for the single licence and £349 for the unlimited licence. All bug-fixes are provided for free for the lifetime of the product for both licences.
